I first bought Starkich honey over 6 month ago and I have been buying it ever since. My whole family loves it, we use it in out coffee, cereals, oatmeal, teas and in baking. It is absolutely natural, raw and pure, it tastes and smells awesome and if you look closely you will be able to see bee pollen and propolis particles, which are considered super-foods for boosting the immune system. Before I found this honey on Amazon I used to buy propolis, royal jelly and bee pollen separately and it was very expensive. Buying Starkich not only I save some money in the long run but by having a teaspoon of this honey every day with my morning oatmeal or a cup of green tea I get the benefits of all the ingredients at once. Highly recommend this product even though it is a little pricey. Totally worth it!

Update #2 After more than a decade of ordering this amazingly healthy and very tasty honey, our family still very much enjoys all the benefits of it. We get our 5lb jar monthly via Subscribe & Save because we don't use sugar in anything. We put this honey in our tea, smoothies, oatmeals, plain yogurt with fruit and granola mix, etc.I noticed some comments were concerned about the difference in color of honey -- that will sometimes depend on the bee pasture or a season change, meaning bees get pollen from different flowers; there is no need to be concerned about the quality.Update: I've been purchasing this wonderful honey for years (monthly via Subscribe & Save) and this is, by far, the best and tastiest honey you will find on the market! Everyone I've recommended this honey to is absolutely pleased with this product!I have been ordering this honey almost every month for two years already. I don't usually write reviews for items like this, but after months and months of hard physical work and dietary discipline, I hit 95 on blood sugar the first night my partner made chocolate chip cookies with this stuff (a little extra flour for firmness). I ate the ones she made for me and then made a giant cookie behind her back. We started using this instead of sugar. My body seems to love it. Mind you, we make the desserts. It's working for me, but again I workout a couple of hours a day. Don't expect miracles, but being able to eat sweets again and get healthier at the same time is dreamy. My partner wants something not so dark, but I told her I'm sticking with what I know works. It's challenging, but I'm learning to make incredible chocolate with this stuff, thickened with chia seeds. Substitute this stuff for sugar, and desserts will return to the menu.

This item came unwrapped & in a damaged container. I tried to process a return and beware there is a non return policy on this item. This is a costly product, too expensive for this.
