Puts out ample light and works well

It works great and my son's little turtle loves it! It was great price, heats up well and perfect brightness.

The light is great but wow it gets hot! We learned the hard way at how close the light was to the substrate flooring on the geckos enclosure.The attachment piece is great to clip to the glass. Bulbs are easy to replace and the neck can move and twist in almost any direction to position itWe use it for our sons leopard gecko and it keeps the temperature up in the space

It’s ok.l wish it had a timer.

It took less than 10 minutes to set it up. We have it set up on a 5 gallon tank for a baby turtle. Our turtle goes straight to basking when we turn it on. This heat lamp came with 2 bulbs as well as the light fixture. It would work on all sizes of tanks as long as you are able to clamp it to the side. It doesn’t have a timer or control to set it to specific temperature. Make sure the heat lamp isn’t too close to the basking area your pet will be on because it can cause burns!! I also recommend waiting at least 1 hour after turning it off to touch it because it gets very hot.

Lamp itself upon first impression works well and seems to put off some decent heat. However, one of the two bulbs arrived damaged. The filament in it was broken and it wouldn't turn on.

Had one very similar before and it last a very long time. At least if not more adjustable than any other I have owned.

Decent price, decent quality construction, easy to use and does what it’s supposed to. This package comes with 2 bulbs, (basically 50w halogen reflector bulbs without the uv filter glass) my turtles likes it very much and is quite hilarious to watch them get into funny poses to expose different body parts to the uv rays. Now here’s the bad part, the first bulb lasted about 480 hours (8 hours x 60 days) which I thought was way too short, so I replaced it with the other bulb from the package and this one stopped working after only 4 days under the same exact conditions. I feel gypped.

La lampe a été installé dans mon terrarium aquarium que j'ai conçu pour les bébés tortues et immédiatement elles viennent dessous s'installer. Impeccable.

J ai acheté cette doite de 4 ampoules en me disant que j allais être tranquille pendant un long moment...1er ampoule à tenu à peine 1 semaine2 eme ampoule à tenu 2 jours.Je viens tout juste de mettre la 3eme.Petit conseil .. n achetez pas même si le prix est bas ,justement fuyez.Je reviens sur mon commentaire : j ai étais contacté par le vendeur qui m a proposé de me renvoyer 2 ampoules ou de me rembourser la moitié, j ai opté pour les 2 ampoules. Très bon SAV et très bonne communication.
