We are taking a Norwegian Fjords Cruise, and were looking to replace very old and heavy binoculars, and the Occer 12x25 Compact Binoculars seemed to fit the bill, with a good balance between price and features, and, according to most reviews, quality optics. So far, we are delighted with them – exactly what we needed in a nice, small design, with a case and carry strap.

I bought two similar pairs of binoculars recently to watch bird activity in my Southern California backyard. This brand was much clearer and the light was bright compared to an equally priced competitor. I absolutely love these binoculars. I can see so many bids up close now. I’m very pleased with the quality and price. I highly recommend the 12 x 25 occer. Light weight and easy focus. A must have!

These are nice, compact, lightweight binoculars. I bought them so I could read subtitles on a TV that is waaay across the room . For that purpose, they work well.They adjust up and down, around your nose, and have a small dial that helps to focus in on your subject. However, searching at a distance, the view is clear enough but, when I look up or down, the view is obscured by the walls of the binoculars. Maybe I just need to practice more.For basic use, they are great for the price.

Durable, palm-sized, and incredibly lightweight. While not perfect (there's a slight chromatic aberration when looking at a bird against a bright background) when you take the price into consideration, these binocs are worth 5 stars. The optics are quite sharp and they're comfortable against your eyes.

I took these binoculars on a trip to South Dakota, and they were great for the adventure! The 12x25 magnification was perfect for bird watching and sightseeing. The large eyepieces made them comfortable to use, even for extended periods.They’re lightweight, easy to focus, and small enough to pack without taking up too much space in my bag. The waterproof feature was a plus since we got caught in some rain, and they still worked perfectly. The low light vision was also impressive, allowing me to spot wildlife during the early morning and late evening.Overall, these binoculars are a solid choice for travel, outdoor activities, or just general use. I was very happy with my purchase!

I purchased these compact Occer binoculars on Amazon a while back. These particular binoculars have been the top selling binocular on Amazon for a very long period of time. That fact alone got me interested in buying them. I have a very large collection of binoculars at home. I live in the California high desert in a beautiful scenic valley with spectacular views. This dark sky area I live in is also ideal for astronomy.These come with a very nice carry case and the two rubber eye cups that come with the binoculars are attached to each other, which is a good idea, less likelihood of them getting lost. These come with a thin economy style neck strap. These binoculars have these rotating eye cups that extend outwards as you twist them. I've never seen this feature before on binoculars, I think it's mainly for eyeglass wearers. The eye cups can be extended out for quite a distance from the binoculars body.My first impression of these Occer binoculars is extreme disappointment with the magnification. The Chinese manufacturing companys love to exaggerate magnification claims on these economy binocular models. I'd say the true magnification on my binoculars is only about 7 1/2 power, nowhere near the stated 12 power placed in the Amazon ad. I make this claim judging from the magnification that my other binoculars provide. I bought another new pair of compact binoculars around the same time I bought these Occers. This other set was around the same price and are a bit smaller in size than the Occer brand. I prefer this other brand over the Occers set because of the increased magnification they provide. Sadly this model was discontinued right after I bought them.The Chinese are so advanced now in binocular manufacturing that it's hard to go wrong buying an inexpensive set of binoculars with BAK4 prisms. All these BAK4 binoculars sold on Amazon provide excellent image clarity and detail. The image quality from one brand to another is negligible due to the high quality standards the Chinese now have in their manufacturing process. All these different binocular brands with BAK4 prisms provide excellent image quality that was not available on cheap binoculars many years ago. Now if they could only be a bit more honest on the true stated magnification in their ads, then they would hit a home run!

Outstanding value! Light, clear and an easy choice for daily activities. Even though I have heavier, more expensive optics, this is an excellent, and oft used, alternative. 👍👍👍👍👍

I ordered these for a cruise I was going on. I love that they are compact and took up very little room in my luggage and beach bag. Once you figure out which end to look out of, they work amazingly-lol. I was so impressed with them that I bought my sister some and she loved them as well. I also loved that the seller reached out to see if I received and liked them.
