it's okay
It is okay maple syrup, but not as good as Michigan maple syrups in my opinion. To me this has a little bit of an "off" taste that I can't put my finger on.

Best quality; A grade.
This maple syrup used to be called grade A; the lightest most delicate, best of the best. I am very pleased with this product which is getting hard to find.

Delicate and Delicious
Light colored with a delicate flavor that is complex with hints of vanilla. Absolutely delicious. It is the highest grade of maple syrup, so it is not cheap - I think it is worth it!
