It's cute online but never received
My package was stolen after it was placed on the wrong doorstep. I called customer service and they said they were sending another one but never got that one either. So disappointed, I really wanted it for my best friend.

I should have checked where it was made. Looks like a dollar store cup with a label typed out and glued on.

Loved this item but it was cracked when I received it
I received it and the lip of the cup was cracked. I'm going to order another one but hope this one is in good shape

Very well made
Purchased as a gift for a close friend. The colors are so bright and beautiful. Cup is really sturdy. My friends says it keeps her coffee hot for a long time and she has even used it for ice water and it actually kept it cold for a long period and the ice was still there hours later. It was a great purchase.
