Vandoren SR2435 Bari Sax Traditional Reeds Strength 3.5; Box of 5

Beautiful classical tone from these reeds. They also give me power in the low register, and easy accessibility to the higher register. Articulation is easy to play with going from soft to loud technical passages.

Great reeds, nice sound and very consistent. One of the reeds had a knick centered on the tip of the reed, so had to throw it out. Other than that they're wonderful.

Dislike price for quantity, do love the quality of the reeds though, consistent and good sound

Vandoren makes the best reeds for saxophones

These are great. I used these reeds when I was in band and now, I have to listen to my son do the same thing. I know my parents always told me I would pay for my raising and here it is. I now know how the squeaks of a new player always happens when you are trying to hear an answer on jeopardy, but now you missed it. Luckily we can rewind and watch again. My son has been in band for a year and now I'm trying to figure out how much my parents sold their souls for to afford when I was in band. Reeds aren't cheap but at least these last better than most.

No complaints from fourteen-year-old

My instructor suggested Vandoren reeds as being better than Rico's Personally i prefer the Rico's better. These reeds are much stiffer than comparable brands-so if you use a 2.5 in Rico go down a level or two with Vandorens. I did not think they were worth the extra cost.

Product arrived earlier than expected, which was very welcome! Price was high, but reed prices are extortionate everywhere at the moment - great product though, great quality as you would expect from Vandoren.

I've been using these for 35 years. I wouldn't use anything else for Baritone. Consistent and reliable. I just wish they were cheaper.
