I can't say I disliked anything..it was easy to put together

Great bed frame! My only critiques are that the mattress slides a LOT once you put it on the frame and that the construction of the frame prevents storage in certain areas. The frame comes with a "mattress stopper" that goes at the foot of the bed, or hypothetically any 1 side of the bed, which helps a lot, but the bed will still slide in the other 2 directions that don't have a stopper. I easily fixed this problem by purchasing a cheap roll of anti-slip rug stopper and cutting into squares to put under all 4 corners of my mattress. The bed no longer slips, but that was one additional step I wish I didn't have to take. The other (very small) issue is that due to the hinges underneath the bed, you cannot put tall storage bins in those areas. Other frames I were looking at did not have these hinges, and therefore would be able to have storage in every corner under the bed. Like I said, not a huge deal, but a little bit of a bummer since I was hoping to take full advantage of under the bed storage. Other than that, a great price and seems like sturdy construction.For reference, I'm a small 21 yr old female and I could move the box from my porch up a flight of stairs, but it was quite heavy. Once it was up there, my mom (who isn't able to do any heavy lifting) was fully able to assemble the frame on her own, easily and quickly. So assembly is easy and just about anyone could do it, but moving the box might be an issue for anyone with limited mobility or strength.

We have two of these. Sturdy and easy to assemble. It would be great if Zinus would include short side brackets to keep mattresses from sliding side to side. The angle brackets to support the frame encroach a little on the storage capacity, but still adequate.

Totally satisfied with this purchase.First, it's really good price with this quality. It was my first time purchasing bed frame, because I thought that assembling bed frame by myself is too complicated and time-consuming work. But this base was so easy to put together and took me less than 20 minutes. Also it was easy to move, considering I'm only 5'2.I was kind of impressed because the hardware kits - little screw things - are in a nice package (like in the picture), not just in a plastic bag. I love this kind of details!It's very sturdy. Doesn't shake, move, or squeek. What I love about this base is that it is open underneath which allows me to store items easily. I think the platform allows for even distribution of weight on the mattress, without feeling any support bars underneath you.Overall, it was the best decision, and I would definitely like to buy another Zinus' furniture again.

Good and sturdy as described but the bars arrived damaged as shown on pictures. The damage is minor and does not appear to affect the use and strength of the bed. It just arrived yesterday but very satisfied with this product.

What a GREAT bed frame! Took about 10 minutes to put together, very simple assembly. This frame is SO much better than a traditional bed frame with wooden slats that slide around and sit low to the ground. This is a perfect height and we ordered a Tuft and Needle Mint bed (which is the best bed ever) and there was no need to purchase a box springs with this frame. It hold great, doesn’t move around on the floor and all the little legs have a great soft plastic tip so the frame feet are not damaging our hardwood floors. I would say we will buy this bed frame again but we already did. We have the king size for our room and full size one we purchased for our granddaughter. ZERO complaints here!

My daughter bought bad frame from this company before and was very happy. I decided to go with this frame. It is very good quality. Very sturdy and my husband assembled without any issues.
