This is an excellent book for anyone who has had back problems and for anyone who wants to avoid them. It is written in simple terms, with a free app that is provided, that guides you through the exercises in a manner that can be followed by anyone. It should be a book that is in everyone's home and as not only a reference book but one that will be used extensively by the whole family. Saved my life!!!!!
I wish we would all learn these lessons as a child. Maybe older age would not be such a bummer with pain. All coaches need this book! All physical therapist! All personal trainers! I had been doing yoga for years and always have back problems. This book saved my life!

Book is well worth it
I bought the book to learn about the right kind of exercises to do to get rid of back pain and to loosen up tight muscles. I am not through the whole book yet, but so far I am pleased
