For light use I would recommend this mop. I just use for kitchen floor a couple of times a week. The included pads are good quality and wash well. Easy to use. The pole isnt the strongest so if wanted for heavy use maybe spend a bit more on a more robust one but for light use this is perfect, stores neatly when not in use and easy to fill/empty.

I liked the fact that you could clean the flat mop,without using a separate bucket.very good system, but the mop handle could be a bit more robust.Overall I thought it was a good purchase especially with the extra mop heads.

I order this for my elderly mother and she is delighted with it ! Have a similar flat mop and bucket however it was nearer £40 so the price of this was very competitive! My only criticism is the actual mop pole / handle is very flimsy and I have advised my mother it not lean hard on it because it would snap or bend ! Other than that it does the job then throw the cloth attachment into the washer! What could be simpler!

I loved the design and the mop as it was easy to tuck it away in the kitchen.Unfortunately it only lasted me a week as the mop head broke. Design flaw as putting the mop head into water caused the Velcro tape to come off.

When the mop arrived my first thought was that the handle could be a bit longer as I have to bend down while mopping. I also felt it was a bit weak and I was worried about breaking the handle if too much pressure was applied. However I bought this in February and it has lasted so far :)I love the overall concept, it's great for cleaning all floor's and I have also used it on the wall's.I read some reviews about it not going fully into the water, the solution is to dip it in and then rotate it and put the other end in, work's so well.I have given 3 star's due to the mop head's, I purchased this item because it came with extra pads, however all of them have frayed at the end's and the tabs have fallen off :/ this is very disappointing. I have sourced replacements to see of they fit, but I think it would be great if the company could rectify this problem. If it wasn't for the pads, I wouldn't have anything negative to say about it.Another review stated that the latches pop up when trying to dry the mop, I found this at the beginning as well, but after filling the bucket I made sure that the latches clicked on each side before using the mop and I haven't had any issue since. I would advise you check the stoppers on each side, at the bottom to make sure they are pushed in properly though, I made the mistake of not having one pushed in fully and had a bit of a leak over the floor lol***Hello, just wanted to post an update, the mop head broke :( very disappointing. Where the head rotates there is a screw holding it together, the plastic seems to have stretched or something and the screw fell out, it won't bend again to put together and there isn't an option to contact the seller

The slimline bucket and the way the head of the mop folds down is great if you’re restricted for storage space. It’s quick and very easy to use, does an amazing job of cleaning the floor. The only problem I experienced was putting the mop handle together, it was quite tight to push together but my son did it for me.

Great idea making a mundane job quick and easy.

I was expecting this to be the best mop ever for using everyday.Unfortunately it did not live up to expectation. The mop pads are not good quality and gray easily when using the dry side. These also does not dry the floor properly and leaves it quite wet.Very disappointed.
