Environmentally friendly, lightweight and a pleasure to use
Pans made from recycled cans is such an excellent idea; if it didn’t have it stamped onto the base, there’s no way you could tell that 70% of their composition is from recycled aluminium cans. This is a set of two frying pans: 20cm and 28cm. The first thing I noticed is how much lighter they are than my current frying pan. The ceramic coating on the inside gives them a smooth non-stick surface to cook with.I was a little disappointed that the silver rim on my large pan had two small chips in it, but it doesn’t affect the use of the pan at all. It’s just a shame it’s not perfect so I had to remove a star for that. The pans are working well so far and having a choice of two sizes is very useful as often the smaller frying pan is big enough for my cooking needs.Environmentally friendly, lightweight and a pleasure to use, they’re also dishwasher safe and come with a lifetime guarantee.

I like the idea. The execution isn't the best.
While the pans are nice to look at and the idea is there. There are several flaws in the pans which im going to mention.it is worth noting that before my days working with electronics. I was a chef for the best part of a decade.I'll talk about the good things first. The concept of a pan made from recycled material is great. All over that. The non stick is very good. It is required for aluminium pans as it's highly reactive with acidic foods such as tomatoes, vinegar, and citrus juices. If you find you do rub off the non stick coating it could be really detrimental to the pans longevity. It's important to look after the non stick in such a pan. The bottom of the pan is nicely made. You can feel its good quality. Coupled with the heat conductivity of aluminium you have a good cooking surface. They are light weight. Good for certain things. But if you were to cook more sugary based foods, you might find they burn quite easily. You cannot really use these pans for making caramel etc without being incredibly careful. A heavier cast iron pan or even better a copper based pan would be better for this. The bad side to these pans are the handles and the general build quality.the handles are pretty cheap plastic. They are nicely branded but the material in question is a bit nasty. There is also the question of the fixtures. I hate this method of attaching pans to the handles.A screw will never be as good as a couple of good quality rivets. Already after a couple of weeks of use there is a little play in the handle. This will never get better. These types of handle are also quite prone to snapping off when in use. Which is never a great thing.i do not mind these pans for light use. But if you are planning on using these as a main set of pans. You should expect to buy new ones fairly soon. And they are not particularly cheap for what you get.Look for pans with 2 rivets on the inside of the pan. This is a good sign of quality.

Excellent 🍳
The media could not be loaded. This is a great quality set of frying pans. They work very well and have the added bonus of being environmentally friendly having been made with 70% recycled aluminium. The set includes 2 sizes, I’ll get more use out of the larger one but the smaller is ideal for frying eggs or meals for one. The pans have a ceramic coating, they’re lightweight but also look and feel very premium. Some pans claim to be non-stick but are actually far from it, I found these ones definitely do what they say on the tin even after using several times. If you’re in the market for some new frying pans, you won’t go far wrong with these. Happy to recommend 😊

Ceramic Pans
Our old and trusty frying pan certainly needed to be replaced and these seemed a good choice. I like that there is a small pan - ideal for a fried egg and a larger one which can contain more. So far, so good. They seem well made and are comfortable cooking with on our gas stove. I've not had any issues with food sticking and was actually impressed with how well the food came out with little persuasion. They are probably a little more expensive than I'd have expected to pay for a 20 and 28cm pan set but are good quality and seem, so far, really good pans. I guess only time will tell.
