Ok so obviously the color in the photo is never going to be an exact match but this is way off. I ordered 3 colors: Sakura pink and hot pink for a project I’m planning and a multi color just to play with and familiarize myself with it. It’s super soft and fuzzy. Easier to work with than I expected. I crocheted a bit and frogged it. Put in on a knitting loom and off again. It didn’t break or shed at all. I’m so excited to start my project! But the Sakura pink is just the wrong color. It’s a really pretty peachy color, but just not what I need, so I’ll probably return it. I took a chance on the hot pink, thinking surely “hot pink”doesn’t look like the photo and I was happy with that. So I ordered another pink and have my fingers crossed that it’ll work for me. But I am definitely impressed with the quality of the product, I’d just recommend ordering a few colors to see which one is going to work for you.

Note that these are not standard skein yardage—they are mini-skeins. Also, there are knots in every single mini-skein. When I tried to undo the knots, I found out that it was actually two different pieces of yarn tied together. I’m committed to using this overpriced yarn as my daughter loves it. For what it’s costing me, I could have bought a high-end cashmere sweater for her instead of making this blanket. It looks and feels nice, but at all not worth the price.

I originally purchased a small quantity to try it out. It was silky soft and fluffy. I loved it. I decided to buy the larger quantity to finish my project but was disappointed in the difference in texture. The scans are designed for smaller projects. It’s very expensive yarn.

It is extremely soft, exactly as described and beautiful. I would definitely recommend this yarn.

I was prepared for the small size of the skeins because of other reviews and managed to make a tuque with them. It is so soft and comfortable but as others have said, the texture makes it next to impossible to see your stitches. But it was totally worth it. I’m very happy and considering getting more.
