I bought these to stick insoles in sandals, to stop them gradually moving and poking out at the back. I had used strips of velcro before, but they tended to damage the footbed of the sandal after a while. These dots were easy to attach and do the job perfectly. I think they will be easy to remove when I need to wash the insoles.

I am not happy with my purchase at all. The adhesive is horrible! The Velcro does not hold well at all, everything keeps falling off instead of staying in place. I bought these to use for toddler educational books that I make from home, but I will not be purchasing them again.
