Sleep like a baby
Love the ease of it. Starts working in 2 to 3 days. Ordered twice from Amazon once from another company, I love Amazon best. I ordered for my daughter who has very bad menstrual cramps and it worked wonders for her th very first day. I love this product. Less hot flashes no night sweats since I started using it.

It’s a great product
I’ve been using this product for bout 2 yrs it’s helped me lose weight never had issues with it I love it I keep buyin it can’t do without it. The only thing that’s helped me maintain my weight after I lost weight with it.

Helps me sleep
I have a busy mind especially at night and I put the little brown ball in my belly button and take it out in the morning and I sleep very well. The stickers they came with are so sticky and painful I do not use them, I’m fat enough that it sits fine in my belly button. I don’t know if it’s doing anything else but the selling point on the packaging is that it dispels evil and in 2024, that’s important.

But it actually has kept me from waking up 10 times a night. It also seems to keep my menstrual cramps lighter.

Doesn’t Do Anything
Don’t think it does anything! It did give me dry skin around my navel. I ordered these for 2 purposes, the main purpose being to shape my belly button underneath my compression garments post tummy tuck and it has definitely done that! I figured the medicinal effects would be a plus but I haven’t really noticed anything different so…

Did absolutely NOTHING!
I decided to try these just for the heck of it. Once I got them and applied one to my belly button I noticed that these might not work for me because I have a deep belly button and the ball just stayed right at the entrance. But I still put the little square sticker over it and thought maybe it would melt or dissolve and go deeper into my belly button. I was too scared to push it in because I thought it might get stuck and I would have to use something to take it out. It did not dissolve and I really don't feel like it did anything. Maybe this product is better for people who don't have a deep belly button?
