Cuts a nice crisp circle
I am happy with how this cuts thin paper and card stock weight.The punch carton it came in was torn, dirty and missing pieces. The punch looked like it was used by someone w dirty hands.

Useless item
This item broke on first time use. Did not cut out paper. Most disappointing. I would have given it no stars but amazon wouldn't allow that so 1 star given so that I could give an honest review.

Perfect rectangles
