I’ve tried various brands of hair supplements and I didn’t see much growth of my hair. Back in 2014, I was diagnosed with Hep C and the treatment made my hair fall! I did receive injections to restore my immune system and it gave my a lot of vitamins with it. After 6 months of treatment, my hair was growing and it was so full, soft and getting long! I had hair like I did in my twenties! But that was short lived, because after those 6 months, my hair started to thin out again. I was desperately trying to find a supplement that would work. During this journey, I found out that most shampoos that you find in stores, are filled with harmful chemicals and it makes your hair thin out! My hair was falling to the point where gobs of it were in my hands! So I had to change everything out! I now have shampoos and conditioners that encourage healthy hair growth and I’m using this supplement!! It truly works and my hair is slowly growing and my hair loss has almost stopped! It’s definitely a very good product!

I've tried other hair omega products with success and noticed that they had this capsule with biotin and decided to give it a go. It works well, BUT because it has 1667% of the biotin you need in a day (almost 17 times what you need!) It made me break out. I'll be going back to their formula without biotin.

I give these five stars for how effective they are at helping hair growth if you have alopecia. I've been using them for over four years. Recently I have noticed that when I run out of them, my nails change dramatically in growth and strength. When I resume taking the supplement, my nails become weak and start to break. These supplements will not help regrow hair in the thinning areas, so it's a little bit of a dilemma for me. Has anyone noticed this? Please leave a review and if you found a workaround this problem, can you please include the info on it?

Works really well, finish the first bottle,I bought the second bottle that's when the side affects started, at first I started feeling numbness through my feet then panic attack I thought I gotta heart attack at first, then while sleeping at night I start having night sweat, like I say works really well, u justneed to read the ingredients..

I am a 52 year old male who has been fighting hair loss since my early 30’s. The most popular topical treatment worked to slow down the hair loss but not so much as to regrow hair faster than what was being shed.I am on my fourth month of taking Hair Omega and the results are amazing. For the first bottle I took 4 capsules twice a day and within 2 weeks I noticed hair regrowing along my facial hair line. The most noticeable growth (which is almost completely filled in) is at the top of my head in the typical balding spot. Thinning in between the facial hair line and top balding spot is now gone. With the 2nd month I reduced my dosage to the recommended amount and the hair growth came to a halt. What did regrow stayed, but there was no noticeable change. I now take 3 capsules twice a day and that seems to be enough keep a steady regrowing of hair in the still thin areas.I did not stop using the topical treatment as I am worried that this may hinder the effects of HairOmega, but I am slowly reducing the amount I use until I have the volume of hair that I want to be back where it belongs.Each person may react differently, depending on how much DHT is in the system. For me, I will continue taking 3 caps twice daily until I am at a point where all I need is to maintain the re-growth. At that point I should be able to do just fine with the recommend 2 caps daily. I will also hopefully be free of the over priced topical treatment which is why I decided to try HairOmega in the first place.

I have been using Hair Omega for close to 9 years. I would say this is an essential supplement to keep your hair from falling out. However, it did not cause my hair to grow back. You will need Minoxidil 5% to regrow your hair also biotin.

There would be handfuls of hair come out when combed and brushed, and I was so upset because I didn't know what to do. According to my research It could be several reasons. I settled on a DHT blocker. The first one I used cost me $60 per bottle, very expensive. Then I found DrFormulas DHT blocker. The price point wasn't $60 so I kept using it. I've used it for about 5 months now and I am very happy. I hardly see any hair loss now when I comb and brush my hair, and my hair is strong, growing and even looks thicker. My finger nails are also long and strong like they were when I was younger. I like DrFormulas HairOmega DHT Blocker because it works and I will keep using it because it's done wonderful things for my hair! It certainly stopped my hair from falling out.
