More and more devices seem to have USB-C connections. I wanted a charger that was fast and would allow me to charge not only USB-C but also other USB connectors. This charger allows me to do that. I can simultaneously fast charge a phone & my 20K mA power pack, saving a plug socket. Very pleased with my purchase.

You need to charge iPhones etc overnight and even then may not be fully charged.Following my initial review, the manufacturer responded asking details of the problem. I explained that the two 'c' sockets worked great but the usb to my iPhone was slow, needing overnight to charge.They have provided a refund and said they will use my feedback to improve their product.An exemplary attitude to customer service 5*

Fab for charging multiple items

Build quality is outstanding on this plug, and form factor is much smaller than that of the plug I am currently using for my laptop purchased in 2020. Incredible how only in 3 years we have reduced the size of such products but still are able to punch out 65w to laptop. More than happy with this purchase and I have a hunch it is going to last a long time. Both build quality and performance tell me so. Charges laptop, steam deck, phone, seamlessly with no overheating.

About a month ago I received a 100w GMM charger for review. It was an inline style charger with a cable to the socket. Since I tested it, I have taken it on 3 work trips as its very useful for charging my laptop and phone. That cable run does make it a bit bulky in your bag when you travel. If you haven’t come across GaN – Gallium Nitride chargers, they are a game changer in terms of efficiency – they don’t get hot – and power output for a given size. Tiny chargers that can rapidly charge the most power hungry of devices are great for home, work or on the move.This 65w charger is considerably smaller than the 100w charger; it is a wall wort design; with 2 USB-C and a single USB-A socket. It is roughly the size of a 20w apple iPad charger that only has one usb-c socket; and 1/3 the power. If you are looking to use it to more rapidly charge your iPad, it’s even white.The 65w GMM charger happily charges my M1 MacBook; getting slightly warm to the touch but never hot (even in a 24c room.) If I’m not using my laptop too aggressively it will also charge up my Samsung Galaxy Zfold at high speed. So, if you are looking for a second charger; or one to rapid charge modern devices it’s a good choice. The build seems as good as its travel proven 100w brother; and it is the perfect size to use with a travel adaptor.

Nowhere close to the advertised charging speed! In fact, in most of the tests I conducted you'd charge multiple devices faster by plugging them in one at a time, rather than both together! Basically you're paying extra for nothing.
