I agree with others that this throw is soft and pretty and, over-all, quite nice. I ordered the navy one. The color is not a true navy. It is more a medium blue, or, perhaps - and this is a stretch - a very light navy blue. That is why I took off a point. It does wash and dry well. The instructions say to wash it in cold water and dry on a low setting and that is what I did. Don't let the words "luxury throw" make you think that it has to be handled ever so carefully. It is a good everyday throw which is exactly what I wanted. If you have kids and pets, luxury is usually not a requirement in a throw, unless that word means comfort and warmth. In that sense, this throw qualifies.

The blanket itself is very pretty and a good weight, but the material itself attracts every loose hair, fuzz, piece of dust, dirt, etc. The material it is made of also frays and comes apart very easily.I tried washing them but the fibers it attracted are stuck inside the weave and there is no getting it looking new again. It looked good for a day or so on my couches, but I immediately regretted the purchase.

Very soft and comfy. Not too thin that you're worried you might poke a hole in it with your finger. I actually like the look of it enough to the point I'd wear it as a shawl or an oversized scarf... but it's too comfy a blanket to leave the house.

I always read the negative comments first but the majority were positive so I bought the throw blanket. It’s very nice, extremely soft and looks great in my guest room.

So Soft! This is one gorgous throw! It is very soft, well made and holds it's shape. It is warm without being heavy, and the knit pattern looks very elegant. The gold color is very true soft gold, not too bright. I highly recommend it.

High quality couch throw... I’ve bought 2 different colors.. soft and luxurious.. for the money I am so happy.. a great compliment to any room.

I got this blanket in green. The color is just as pictured. It's pretty soft and comfy. I use it as a throw on the couch. I have noticed a good amount of pilling after having this blanket for a number of months and only having washed it once. According to the symbols on the tag, you are not supposed to put this blanket in the drier so I hung it to dry. It's fine.

This throw has to be the softest thing ever to crawl up with for a nap - and my cat agrees with me! I wanted something to cover me in an air-conditioned room for my afternoon naps (and, yes, I'm a senior) which wasn't too heavy but something more than a shawl. I bought the navy one, which is actually more like a smoky blue. As suggested by the seller, I washed it before using it. Dried it in the dryer on delicate. No fuzzing up, no pilling, not even when my cat nuzzles into it. Very satisfied.
