There was a problem with the mirror, which can always happen, but the seller response was excellent. They sent out a replacement, allowing me time to get the new mirror wired in and then sent a courier to pick up the faulty item. The communication throughout the replacement was exemplary, keeping informed almost daily. The mirror itself is of the highest quality and looks really good in the bathroom. Really like the option to dim the light as and when required. Would highly recommend the mirror and the seller for their 1st class customer service!!

Loved the look of this online and in the box, bathroom was tiled and ready for the electrician to come install the mirror. He measured and marked the tiles for drilling holes to hang the mirror.perfectly in place and wired but the frame (which has the hanging for the mirror) was straight but they have stuck the mirror in squint so the strap was down one side and up the other and the on / off dimmer switch was sitting to one side. The only way to fix it was to drop the left hole down 1.5” and drill another hole. It now exposes the original straight hole. I’m devastated that it’s ruined my tiles. Be very aware that the mirror and frame may not be in line. No option to contact the seller and no response to feedback. Waste of money and my very expensive new rules. I’m so upset and angry. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Great mirror for the price, looks good and solid construction. Would give 5 stars if I’d had it long enough to test the reliability.
