Great buy
The scent is mild which I like- I have been swimming a lot lately so it has helped my hair not to feel too brittle. A little goes a long way!

Amazing smell
This conditioner is very moisturizing and leaves my hair feeling soft. My hair is kinky and absorbs a lot of conditioner an this works well. Smells awesome

Noticable hair loss and/or breakage when using the product
My 50-something thick, curly, coarse hair is over 50% gray with no chemical processing and always needs extra moisture, so I use a moisturizing shampoo followed by a moisturizing conditioner whenever I wash my hair followed by a moisturizing leave-in. The Biotera Ultra Moisturizing Conditioner took the place of my usual conditioner for three weeks and it did a good job, but I did notice some hair loss and/or breakage when using it which was not the case with my usual conditioner.I liked the scent of this product and the thickness was good - not too heavy and not too thin - just right. I tried using a light application of the conditioner some days and a thick application on others. I found that my hair soaked it up and so I had to use a lot of it to get good results. The conditioner rinsed easily and my hair didn't feel weighed down or greasy after using it. I applied my usual leave-ins and air-dried my hair as usual. When I applied a thick amount and left it on my hair for 3-5 minutes in the shower before rinsing, I got the best results. The only negative I experienced while using this product is kind of a big deal to me and the reason for my removal of one star. Each time I used the product I had hair in my hand that had either fallen out or broken off. This is very rare for me, so I'm not sure if there is something in this product that in its efforts to condition 'dry, damaged, coarse hair' also makes hair loss imminent, or what's going on, but I was disappointed to have this happen.I think this product does a good job of hydrating thick, coarse hair. No product will repair damaged hair, but hydrating does smooth the hair cuticle and thus hair will appear less fuzzy. I think this product does a good job of that, but you may experience hair loss or breakage when using it.

Not the most moisturizing ever, but a great option for the price
This review is for the Ultra Moisturizing Conditioner in the 15.2 oz size.MY HAIR: Medium to thick, wavy, and medium length. I typically wash my hair about 3 times a week and double shampoo. I try to leave conditioner in for several minutes to let it work its magic. If any of this sounds like your hair, read on!This is not the most moisturizing conditioner I have ever tried, but it is certainly above average. My waves respond well to it and it smells AMAZING!! (Please note — YMMV, you might not like the scent as much as I do!)This is priced very reasonably at its current list price of $13 for 15 oz. I would definitely recommend giving this conditioner a try if you have dry hair.

Good Value for the Price
This is a nice shampoo, it cleans well, and it lathers well. You get a nice amount with a 32 oz bottle. This lasted me a decent amount of time, normally this size bottle doesn’t last me very long as I have fairly long hair. It is sulfate and paraben-free which are both important to color-treated hair if you have that. I found that it didn’t fade my hair as any shampoo that is designed for color-dyed hair should. There is a mild smell to it, which is nice as I don’t like overly scented shampoos. This doesn’t linger with your hair for an extensive amount of time. I did like the scent on this one better compared to some of the others by Biotera. Like the Shampoo, I am not sure why this one smelled differently to me, they all smell very similar initially.I did have to follow up with a conditioner (I used the Biotera Ultra Moisturizing one to be fair), and a detangler. I do have curly hair. This is more expensive than your average drug-store brands, but less than a lot of salon brands, it is a nice middle-ground level shampoo. It does a nice job with moisturizing.
