great warranty
I bought this and was very pleased until it started to leak 8 months after I purchased it. The blade mechanism won't unscrew with the Vitamix tool so I was happy to find out that it was under warranty. The company replaced it right away.

Breaks easily
Broke after 2 weeks of use, have been using vitiamix for 8+ years and usually always pleased. This time I was not, broke after 2 weeks of light use. Must be making them cheaper than in the past

Perfect replacement part
The large pitcher on my Vitamix blender slipped off my kitchen counter and crashed onto the floor, leaving a large crack in its wall. This new replacement pitcher was just what I was looking for! Arrived sparkling clean and ready to use - a perfect fit. It was a good value for the price.

Rusted, but was given a refund
The media could not be loaded. The bottom of my pitcher rusted out within a year, but the seller gave me a full refund.
