Q: What is the size? I need a thick and large seat cushion for my office chairs to allow me to sit higher.

This cushion is very thick and a great quality. It fits an office chair well. I am only 5'1" tall so I have a bit of a difficult time keeping the chair from rolling out from under me. It's about 4 inches thick. I love using it on the car. Extremely comfortable. You won't regret buying it.

This is indeed memory foam, and it is premium quality. If you've ever bought that cheap seat cushion with a smooth surface that doesn't bounce back, you'll know that it's really memory foam, which is supportive and comfortable. I've been using it for more than five months without any deformation, and my egg foam that has only been used for two months is already in the trash.

Q: My office chair is a little too low for my desk. Will this boost me up a couple of inches?

This seat cushion can add some height, about 2 inches when you sit on. Of course, if you're not too heavy. At least an inch of lift.
