I have a standard poodle with the thickest, coarsest coat ever and have tried every clipper recommended online for poodle/thick coats. All of the much more expensive ones, and these are by FAR the best. These run better than any of the corded ones I’ve tried as well (these can be used with or without being plugged in). They sever snag or pull his hair, they’re quiet and gentle enough to do his face, they cut beautifully, they are lightweight, and the battery lasts forever. I can complete an entire grooming job on one battery and still have plenty of charge left over. They’re quiet, they don’t get hot, and they go through his hair, washed or unwashed, like butter. They’re perfect for a full body clip with a huge grown-out coat from winter, or just trims/touchups in-between. I almost never write reviews about anything, but I just had to for these. I absolutely love them and have been beyond pleased with their performance, their price, everything.

I use them to trim my rough collies. That they are cordless is such a blessing, as the dogs tend to squirm and wiggle and shift around to where a cord could not reach. Trimming a collie is not a joke and yet these clippers have survived multiple trims on multiple dogs--far longer than any other product I've tried. Very impressive! I've saved hundreds by not having to use a groomer.

The smallest sized comb that came with this set is a 3, it slides right through our dogs hair. I need a 1 but the company has seemingly disadisappeared, what other brand will fit this clipper modal?

These clippers work wonderfully on my dog! They are very easy to use and the noise level is so low that my Maltipoo wasn’t even afraid. I have tried so many other brands, but this by far is the ABSOLUTE BEST! If there was a way to give it more than 5 stars, it would definitely deserve it!

Great product, now I can cut my dog hair. I like it because it doesn't make that much noise compared to other products.

Got these to shave a “butt crack” in my Pomeranians pants. Works great. It’s hard to find anything that will cut through his thick fur but these did great.

It doesn't cut real good, the only thing I liked about it was that it doesn't have a cord
