I recently got a new pool and needed to a good pool vacuum to collect all the debris to keep my pool clean for the season. I wanted a good size vacuum to be able to clean my 20 by 30 ft pool. This vacuum worked really well. We had a lot of sediments at the bottom of the pool and this vacuum cleaned the pool like a lawnmower, the vacuum sucks up just the line its rolling on and it doesn't disturb or kick dirt up from the area around it. The filter clean up is easy, I removed the filter from the vacuum and hose it off with my garden hose. I did 2 pass and the filter was ready to be used again. This vacuum really clean up my pool quick and easy.

The Pyle support sent a replacement after a couple of weeks because water was entering the light housing and then half the rollers stoped working so it just went in circles.. the new unit went about 4 hours and there was water in the light housing again. Now the whole unit has stopped working. After months of back and forths they tell me to get a refund on Amazon which Amazon won’t do because the manufacturer dragged this on for so long. This is very frustrating because it takes weeks to get an answer from anyone. Do not buy this unit if you aren’t prepared to deal with the incredibly terrible customer service. I just want to send this thing back and get my money back. That’s what I’ve been asking for since 2 weeks into buying this thing in May.. it’s now October..

As a professional pool cleaner with a large clientele, I recommend this robot pool cleaner as a daily maintenance in between your pool guy’s visits. Bought this in June and stopped working the end of August - 3 months. It worked ok while it worked but not as good as the Nautilus CC it replaced.

Our Dolphin pool robot broke at a time when money was really tight, and I came across this robot while it was on sale. It’s basic. No daily schedule setting, no intelligent navigation, doesn't do stairs, and isn't good at picking up fine particles like sand. It basically runs around your pool randomly for however long you set the timer to run for. I use the 3 hour runtime and it still leaves some areas untouched. We will be purchasing another Dolphin to replace this one soon.

I noticed immediately after the first use that there was visible water inside the clear lens showing a white LED indicator. This is on the front of the unit. I contacted the factory and they said this was not normal. I ordered a second unit and the same thing occurred. Otherwise it performed quite well. I sent both units back for a refund.
