BIG SMILE PAW Nylon Dog Muzzle Adjustable,Soft Padded

I love it it is so easy to use while training for walking my pup

My dog was pretty bad about harassing my duck and it was creating a lot of stress for all three of us. I got this muzzle over different styles because I wanted him to be able to pant normally and drink water if he wanted to while still being unable to open his mouth wide enough to hurt "Unduck". I only keep it on him for increments of about 10 minutes because he really doesn't like it. That clearly has less do with the muzzle and more to do with him needing to acclimate to it since he's 10 years old and has never had to wear one before. The padding & lining are very smooth and comfortable so I know it isn't causing any chafing or discomfort, which we both appreciate. It seems incredibly well made and stitched so I"m very pleased with the quality, especially for the price. Four stars because even tightened up as much as possible without hurting him, my dog is still able to paw it off if he tries hard enough for 2-3 minutes and I'm nervous he'll end up hurting himself in the process if I don't watch him closely. Again, I think after acclimating in small periods for long enough he would quit doing that and it definitely takes a while for him to take it off so he couldn't get it off in time to do damage to anything without me noticing. It's totally fine for my purposes but might not be ideal for someone who is worried about their dog being aggressive in a situation where they can't watch them closely enough to make sure they can't slide it off.

We actually have two of these now. For one of my dogs, we were thinking of moving to the Gentle Leader because he is so reactive on a leash. This has a hook to attach a leash at the muzzle, and for him it is night and day. He does so much better walking with this than walking with a pinch collar (I have a double lead I use and attach one to the muzzle and one to his collar). I feel like this muzzle is more difficult from which to escape (as opposed to the Gentle Leader). Also, I love that the mouth piece is adjustable, so it can be loosened when we walk and he can pant freely. My other dog had mange from her previous life so she has no fur on her nose. She's on steroids for a medical condition that the vet thinks could essentially be causing aggression (I didn't know dogs got roid rage) so we needed to find her a muzzle. This is great because it is padded around the nose, whereas the basket muzzles and others would have most likely torn up the skin on her nose that is so thin. So far this muzzle has been a great solution for multiple problems!

My dog is big. She has a somewhat long snout. This fit wel. But she did not like it.My one crisis mid the Velcro strap in the front. It’s not as easily adjustable as it should be. And it blocks her vision a bit because it pokes up.That being said, that’s the flaw in this, she can take it off by clawing at that Velcro strap!

It's ok. It works for what I needed it for. Tighten as needed because I didn't tighten mine enough the first time and my Rottie was able toyank it off. The reason I bought this was to keep her from biting us when cutting her nails. It's not the greatest but I will say, it does work.For the little money I paid for this, it did its job.

This works just as described. I purchased this for our son's standard poodle. The fit was good as it is adjustable. The dog hates it but hey.... it works. She hasn't been able to chew it off.

This muzzle does look comfortable however my Aussie makes fast work of getting it off. If i tighten it up enough that he can't get it off then he can't drink or pant. He is a rescue and evidently had bad experiences with men and strangers in general. I wanted to use this to help socialize him and see that strangers and men are ok and he doesn't have to nip at them and bark ferociously at them. I don't want it to turn into a bad experience for him and make it worse.

Seemed good quality but didnt fit my dog but would have if sides adjusted.
