Product: Lifeable Multivitamin for Women (90 Gummies)I take a multivitamin and a biotin supplement every day. I’m able to combine the two with this one supplement. That’s a bonus in the number of pills I need to take and in cost. There are 90 gummies per bottle for a 45 day supply. The biotin amount is 3,000 mcg, which is less than many of the biotin supplements for hair and nail, which can be from 5,000 mcg to 10,000 mcg. However, there is no clear evidence of how much biotin is recommended for hair and nails. I seemed to maintain my hair and nails while taking this supplement as I had with the higher dose biotin I had been taking. I’m all for taking the least amount of anything to get the result that I want.I wasn’t a huge fan of the flavor. I’m not sure what it tasted like, although “fruit” isn’t what came to mind. It’s not horrible, but it wasn’t exactly tasty either. As long as I can actually eat it, it’s not that big of a deal to me. There are sugar crystals on the outside of the gummy. Again, that’s not my preference, because I like the least amount of sugar possible, but it could be there to help with the flavor. These do contain glucose syrup and sugar, if you are someone who really watches your sugar intake. I do like that they use black carrot concentrate for the coloring and not some artificial coloring. I found them easy to chew, although they did stick to my teeth a bit.My bottle came sealed and appropriately labeled. The lid is child proof, but not adult proof. It’s a product of Israel. My bottle had an expiration date good for a year.

This vitamin supplement may work for you if you're looking for a chewable supplement with a very large dose of biotin. I think 10000% of your daily biotin recommended biotin dosage is excessive and I would prefer less biotin and instead have included some iron.Love the raspberry flavor of these gummies - they taste more like candy than a flavored vitamin, though they are a bit sweet. They are very easy to chew - less of a gummy and more of a chewable vitamin.A serving is 2 gummies so one bottle is a 45-day supply. The current price of $19.99 for a 45-day supply of multivitamins seems a bit expensive, but seems to be the average price for high quality gummy vitamins.I received these in June 2022 and they had an expiration date of September 2023.

These are some pretty solid women's multivitamins.These multivitamins have a really good raspberry flavor. It's hard not to eat the recommended dose, but please abide by the directions! This isn't candy, even if it tastes that way.There's no real aftertaste or any adverse side effects.Overall, A real solid multivitamin.

A daily dose of this multi vitamin is two smallish gummies, that ate soft.and easy to chew. The flavor is mildly fruity and these are gluten free. These gummies are made in Israel and the ingredients are clearly listed. If you are the person, uncomfortable swallowing pills, then these gummies maybe a solution for you. The cost may be a bit higher, but you can choose if the are worth the additional cost.
