I was a little nervous about assembly after reading several reviews but my husband and I figured out the easy way to put these together. If you don’t tighten the screws for the legs all the way, you leave enough slack for the footrest to slide easily in place. We did not have any issues with the holes lining up properly with that method. Once everything was in place we tightened all the screws and the stools are perfect! Total time for 4 stools was maybe half an hour.The quality of the stitching on the seats is beautiful. The stools look like I paid much more for them. I’m very happy with this purchase.

I bought these for a peninsula in our remodeled kitchen/dining area and the look is perfect for what we wanted. Our peninsula is a little lower than standard counter height, so we ended up cutting 3" off each leg. Assembly was fine, but it would have been really difficult had I not read the reviews first. Just make sure not to tighten the screws all the way until you're completely done and you'll be fine. The black fabric underneath is unfortunate, but given the cost it's fine. These won't see really heavy use in our home, but they seem sturdy and comfortable so far.

I am very happy with my purchase. I bought 4 of these and they look exactly as in the picture. The green color is beautiful and the retro look fits everything I was looking for. Installation wise the legs were easy to install but the metal footrest took 3 people to balance and screw in properly. What we figured was to screw in one screw on to the metal footrest then screw another one not the exact opposite side across from the one you’ve installed. Then carefully adjust the other sides one a time to get each screw in until the metal footrest fell in place. It took a little time to figure this out but you need 3 people as that worked out for me.

So easy to put together! I love these chairs.They give a fun pop of color... sturdy and I would recommend.

These look nice, but ours came with instructions for a book case (not the stools) and were missing parts. They are not the most supportive. Disappointed with the quality and difficulty to put together and would choose to purchase from another seller.

They look great, have gotten multiple compliments. Easy to assemble alone, and sturdy chairs!

Nice for the price. The bottom foot rest rail is rusting after a couple weeks of use. Also not good for people over 200 lbs. they are a bit flimsy. The seat fabric is nice and they are attractive

Firstly, the product itself is OK. The stools are a little on the flimsy side, but that is because of the minimalist look of the stools and how slim the legs are. I'm 180 lbs and was concerned that they would break under my weight, but I've gotten used to them and they seem to be holding up ok, even though I feel like I'm going to break them everytime I get out of them. I ordered these to replace the 30" bar height stools that were too high for our countertop bar, and they are just slightly too high still, measuring actually 28". Luckily, our countertops are a bit higher, at 36.5". Its bearable, and I like how they look, so we'll keep them.The customer service is slow. Based on other reviews, I was concerned there would be missing pieces, and unfortunately, there were. I ordered 2 sets (4 stools total), but only received 2 sets of hardware. Simpli Home has two numbers listed for customer service, the first one is NOT Simpli Home. The second number is Simpli Home, and an automated message will inform you that you can submit an online parts request through their website, which is what I did for my missing hardware pieces. About 2 days after submitting the parts request online, I received an e-mail from one of their customer service reps stating that they had received my request, but that it was a Friday and their hours were only M-F. And so started the slow back and forth via e-mail from Simpli Home telling me that they had processed my request, that they were fulfilling my request, and finally that they had shipped my request. I confirmed via e-mail that I needed TWO sets of hardware, just to be sure. The customer service rep confirmed that they had sent the hardware in quantity TWO. I received my package yesterday, and lo and behold, it is only one set of hardware. We will see how long it takes to get another set of hardware. From initial parts request to receipt of package was SEVENTEEN DAYS!
