Web services and building user interfaces using Blazor
Great book overall. However, Chapter 16 on building user interfaces using Blazor needs some more content.

Superb, Quality Text
This is a well structured, well written book which achieves what the author set out to achieve. I read it over the course of 2 weeks from cover to cover and it held my attention throughout. It will now be invaluable as a reference text. One of the best I have read in the last couple of years. I look forward to reading the companion volume.

Accessible, well written and easy to follow.
For me this is an ideal C# learning book. It starts with advice about how to set up a good set of developer tools and then canters through the basics of C# at a fast but sensible pace. It covers some of the more tricky bits like interfaces very well. After that it moves onto cross platform development including Razor/Blazor and touching on MAUI. Again very well explained and written. The accompanying software is available on Github with additional material to round out the book.

Very poor re-hash of a previous awful book
To cut a long story short... recently skimmed over this re-hash of a re-hash of a previously awfully written book. It is the same author, the same endless mistakes, failure to explain etc. Here is my review for the first of this dreadful author's books that I had to endure, and nothing has changed: https://www.amazon.co.uk/review/R1WDY52XNKUT7Y/ref=pe_1572281_66412651_cm_rv_eml_rv0_rv

Impressive broad coverage of C# 11 and .NET 7
I'm really impressed by the broad coverage of C# 11 and .NET 7, as it covers everything from development environments, .NET, and C#, up to building websites and services with ASP.NET Core 7, Blazor, and EF Core 7.Practical guidance on looking for help is a nice touch as this is not always mentioned in programming books. There were some great tips on reading Microsoft documentation, looking for answers on Stack Overflow and using Google, and even by watching Scott Hanselman’s videos. The end of chapter exercises worked well for me in testing my knowledge and understanding, and encouraged me to explore topics further.I look forward to reading some of the suggested other books to learn more, as well as the companion book, "Apps and Services with .NET 7." Highly recommended.

can't finish chapter one
the instructions to set up a workspace in chapter one don't make any sense at all and that's just chapter one.
