These were os easy to digest and intake while running. Compared to those loaded w sugar and massive sodium this is so much better. The taste is great and no sugar or crashing

These are literal battery acid. One taste and I had acid reflux so bad I wondered if I need to go to the hospital. Then I read the ingredients - they really are just that - ACID!! This ad does not clearly disclose the ingredients in the product photos and if they did I would never ever have bought these. And guess what? They aren’t returnable. So I’m stuck with pouches full of literal acid. Don’t waste your money. I’m serious - Gu does better on my stomach than these. How could anyone drink actual acid and not be suffering? Horrible product.
