This beautiful sail truly adds to our blue stay-cation of a home so well. The color as you can see is stunning day or night. So worth every penny. Thank you thank you thank you for making such remarkable sun protection for my family. We love it. PS. The sag is there because we tighten the sail only on the weekend. And today is a weekday. I just couldn’t let another minute go by without sharing our appreciation. Off to work I go. Blessings. :-)

Did what’s supposed to do.

Provides good shade but is so heavy that we thought securing by 2x4 would be enough but it snapped them in two. Either needs metal poles or 4x4 posts. Keeps stretching and dropping lower and lower. As long as you hung it properly it wouldn’t be a problem

The sails hold up, we had 2 serious storms here in FL and they handled it like a dream. The hardware however is not so great the clips are too small and the sail kept blowing off the hook so we replaced it with industrial caribiners and now its good to go.

The media could not be loaded. We thought this might work ok but it is Scarry. We had a shade structure in the past that worked beautifly over our large pool. The fabric on this 24' square shade sail is not cut on the bias and so cannot be properly tightened for windy weather. Winds are 23 mph right now and even though we've tightened this shade as much as possible, it cannot remain steady. Too bad because the shade is wonderful in the Arizona heat.

Received everything as described. After two months of use the stitching on one corner came undone. I left it another 2 weeks without it getting worse. Contacted the seller who was quick to respond and sent out a replacement. Thank you for the great customer service. Jon
