No cushion pad, no ability to add gift message at checkout
Bought for my sister who lives 200 miles away as she is unwell.She loves it, but no cushion pad, having said that it does say 'cover' in the description, but it should have this more prominently. Other than that she is pleased with it and now hunting for a spare cushion pad to put in it! If I had known I would have sent her one of those at the same time.At checkout, gift options were not available, but she guessed it was from me, so it was annoying I couldn't leave a message to her to say it was my gift.

Not a pillow; only a case to cover a pillow.
Item is nice, but it is not a pillow, itâs just the pillow case. Also, the dimensions seems to be 16âx16â⌠not 18âx18â as stated. So I think an 18âx18â pillow would be too big. Feedback on this would help me.
