TecUnite 180 Pieces Hair Extension Tape Tabs Double Sided Extension Tapes for Replacement, 4 x 0.8 cm(Pink)

Normally I purchased different tapes at my local beauty supply but I had no time since I’ve been working later. Ordered these with the expectation that they could at least hold my hair until the next set was installed about a month later. I applied these to clean dry only used once extensions. I normally wash my hair once a week and limit the amount of product I put at the route because I have been using hair extensions for over 15 years so I understand maintenance. I wash my hair after about six days and noticed that most of them started to kind of slip out I go back in clean the hair extensions and reapply more straps I did this to about half of my head because at that point most of them started to lift. Which I am not used to. I knew this was going to be a problem so I preemptively purchased different hair tapes for the near future. I’m about three weeks in and this is my third official wash and not only did the tape expand and turn very gummy . One of the hair extensions literally ripped out chunks of my hair while I was brushing it with a flat paddle brush just at the base. The adhesive had stuck to a pretty decent amount of hair because it expanded so whilst it was drying it fused to random strands around it and when I brushed my hair it ripped out a huge chunk and now I seem to have a small bald spot nothing I can’t cover but quite annoying that now I have to completely regrow hair on one side of my head. Zero out of 10 do not recommend I should’ve known when I was taping my hair extensions to begin with it was already difficult to work with and very rubbery

This doesn’t stick with out heat.

Could not for the life of me get them to stick.

I was so proud of myself trying to reuse my tape ins. Spent the time cleaning and adding these new tapes. Looked great and felt like they held on really nicely. For my first wash I started combing my hair and literally 75% of them slid right out! When I looked at them you can literally peel the tape right off as if they didn’t melt together. Waste of money and time. Don’t buy! save yourself the embarrassment of being in public and one literally sliding right out just for running your hands through your hair.

I’ve gone through half the pack already. Been using extensions all my life and these ones are just not strong at all. I even clamp it gently with my straightener at low heat. They’ve fallen out in the shower, while brushing and when I take the old tape off the extensions to put a new one I don’t need any remover or anything it comes right off. Unless you aren’t looking for something that holds this could work but I was really disappointed

SUCKED! did not last long. They would not hold up once put on the extention. DONT waste your money and go online and buy the Hot Heads brand of these if your wanting tape in's to last more then a couple hours.
