Calidad regular
La calidad del papel es regular. No hay buena relación precio-calidad.

Mal encuadernado
Es una encuadernación lamentable. Creo que han tomado el libro de tapa blanda, lo han desmontado y montado los lomos de nuevo en una tapa dura, por lo que queda fatal. Lo he devuelto.

A must-read book for the 21st century
Huxley's Brave New World is as important today as Orwell's 1984 or Zamyatin's We, not so much as predictors, but as warnings. In Huxley's world, people are pleasure-seeking, self-indulgent, and indolent; they don't care about the welfare of others, just themselves. And we see that today, too.Yes, our technology has advanced well beyond what Huxley imagined, and his work seems outdated and quaint in places, but Huxley was spot on about human behaviour and emotions.I had read this first in the late 1960s and was glad to do so again. It seems eerily relevant in an age when people are transfixed not by soma but their mobile devices into the sort of drones Huxley imagined. The "Revisited" section is really a look-back by Huxley and an explanation and updating of his ideas a decade or so later. It's interesting from an academic perspective, but not necessary to enjoy the novel.A good edition, but if you don't want to read his musings, you should look for a paperback edition with the novel itself.
