Q: Are there refill heat packs available for this toy? Or can it accommodate any different brand as well?

Any of those toe warmers or glove warmers would fit the pocket. I'm not sure if this company makes replacement packs.

Q: Does it stop beating ? I picked it up and the beating was still going! Don’t tell me it just non stop beats 🤦♀️

There is a spot on the corner of the heart that you have to press and hold in for a few seconds to stop the beating

Q: I guess the lil button on this heart is not working cuz I can’t get it to stop the beat lol this will be annoying having to take batteries out each

Try to press and hold down the little button for 3 or more seconds until it turns off.

Q: Is there a way to make the heartbeat quieter? Dogs have better hearing than us and we think its loud.

We had to take the battery out of ours. My dog still loves it.
