Easy to install and was a perfect fit.

Has not lasted maybe this one will work longer.

The media could not be loaded.  I'm replacing my 12 year old sump pump in my basement on right with this. I'm happy with it so far.

After posting my original complaint on here with customer service not being contactable someone did get back to me offering help. To be honest there really should be a way to contact the seller on here that’s not a number in China. But either way the poor review meant someone contacted me back. They sent me a replacement unit for the faulty one and all I asked them for in the future to to have some kind of easy way to contact them if there’s a problem. In the end these units are not cheap and they need to be reliable because of what they are required to do. But at a minimum there needs to be a person to contact for problems when it’s outside Amazon’s return window. When the units work they work great.

Ended up having to purchase this again within a year. Motor stopped working. Went with same brand and model only because I would have to replumb otherwise and this is for our main bathroom. Would not purchase if this is for a new project.

I bought this for my husband....he sick and can't handle much....he wanted this just incase...I read reviews wasn't quite sure....but I have read reviews before...and bought anyway and been very happy...so this is everything it says it is...comes and off when it's supposed to empty water down to nothing...and very fast we were shocked...how fast...no leaks...glad I didn't listen to the reviews....buy it's great...and very reasonable....we had big ones not as good as this one..

This replaced a name brand that had a bad float switch. Almost a direct replacement except for the side inlets being offset toward the back of the case where the previous case had the inlets centered on the ends.Fairly quick install with minor adjustments to the pipes. The cord is very short.It worked great for just under a week, then tripped the GFCI and flooded my finished basement. I just finished replacing it and I'm packing it up to send back for a refund. Not willing to take another chance with this brand.If it's any consolation, the customer support is great. Still doesn't fix the wet carpet and stuff I had to move out of my storage area. I may have just got a lemon but still wouldn't be warm and fuzzy about buying another one like this. I was just looking for something reliable. I didn't get that.

These are good when they work. But don’t expect these to last more than a year . 3 floods in my basement
