Pros: This skirt is exceptionally and perfectly well-made! It is of high quality fabrics, has a lining, and a zipper.Cons: The zipper is on the right! The zipper came with a tiny kink and I had a hard time getting it up because I’m left-handed. It’s a smidge tight on me. I got the 2XL as I am a true 2XL, very hourglass, “stacked” people say, and it’s wearable, but I prefer looser-fitting attire, and I like things to hang at my hips not my mid-section. If it was 1” looser, I could have been ok with the length. I’m 5’, it needs 3” more in length. If it was 3” longer, I could have been ok with the waistline.Regarding the zipper, I feel like the zipper should be replaced with a thicker, more durable zipper. This zipper is soft and flexible, which is odd to me. It feels kind of rubbery. It has a tiny kink where it looks like there may be thread overlapping it and that tiny kink made it a bit difficult to zip up above that point. It does zip, but I had to pull the skirt around so the zipper was in front of me then move it back around to the right side. Most people are right-handed, so I guess that is why they put the zipper all the way over there. Obviously, as a left-hander, I feel like that’s not an ok assumption. I already can’t use a can opener; I don’t want to struggle to get dressed too. lolOverall, the skirt is fantastic and of old-fashioned quality and style, which I completely love.If I could get it in a larger size and 3” longer, I would just have the seamstress replace the zipper and this skirt would become my new fav, in every color!If you are ok with a skirt that goes to your calves, if you are of average women’s height, or just above your ankles, if you are short, then this skirt is an excellent choice for you!

That’s exactly me with this skirt and the "SweatyRocks Women's Mock Turtle Neck Bishop Sleeve Slim Fit T-Shirt Bodysuit" (also available on Amazon).I originally bought the Plaid Blue skirt and Grey jumpsuit over a year ago for a presentation. At the time, I didn’t own many skirts and was experimenting with new styles, especially since the dark academia trend had caught my attention. So, I decided to give them a try, and they became instant favorites. They were warm but not too hot—perfect for indoor AC. Plus, I could throw on some biker shorts underneath for extra comfort.Since then, both items have become staples in my fall and winter wardrobe. The skirt is cozy, and when layered over fleece leggings, it's perfect for walking in brisk weather (maybe not in heavy snow, but definitely in the cold). The bodysuit pairs perfectly with it—I'm obsessed with the bell sleeves. They make me feel like I stepped straight out of an American Girl story.The only downside for me is the length. With the high waist, even the full-length skirts fall just above my ankles. On the plus side, they never drag when I walk—which is great—but it also means I can’t wear plain flats without my leggings showing. This probably won’t bother most people, who will assumably pair this skirt with boots (a fall staple for many) but it does for me a little since I wear loafers 90% of the time and prefer having my ankles covered by fabric. Sadly, it seems that tall socks and loafers are just not the look for me. So I guess I'll be on the lookout for boots now. ANYWAY--As for washing, I haven’t noticed any significant shrinkage at the waist. However, I recommend wearing the skirt around the house a bit before going out. The first wear can feel tight, but it loosens up as the fabric warms and stretches throughout the day, making it much more comfortable.The colors have stayed consistent too—no bleeding so far. But just a heads-up: the colors are much warmer in person, even under white or cool lighting, compared to how they appear in the Amazon listing photos.OH, AND THE POCKETS ARE AMAZING! They’re large and super secure. I can fit my phone, an external battery, a charging cord, plus my keys and keychains—all in one pocket with no problem. It might be due to the pocket placement, but even when they're full, the fabric falls in a way that just makes your hips look a bit wider, with no odd bulging. It’s barely noticeable!10/10 recommend this skirt to anyone interested!

This skirt truly looks and feels amazing! The material is thicker than others I have purchased, and I wasn't expecting it to be lined, but was pleasantly surprised. I felt nice and warm with some fleece leggings underneath and boots while out in the cold weather.It's long like the picture, but not quite ankle length for me. I ordered a large (5'7" 150 lbs) and it fit well, but I could've probably gotten a medium. I don't carry weight around my waist, so I am more of a medium there, but I wanted to make sure it looked good over my hips and thighs thus the large. The waist is flat in the front and has a bit of elastic stretch in the back, so you get the nice clean look with the give we sometimes need!The reason I took off a star is because the coloring is not the same as the photo. In the photo, it shows a light cream or ivory color, but it is a brown. If I could give half stars, I would've given it a 4.5 because it's that nice, but again, I was hoping for the lighter color not a brown.

It feels nice and soft, it's long and warm, and it fits very well. Definitely worth the money, and I might even buy a couple more because they are so nice and versatile!

The fabric itself is heavy and soft.It fits Large perfectly.I’m 4’11 comes to above my ankles.With it, you won’t need leggings under to keep you warm.The color was gorgeous.My concern, the stitching.The thread on the waist makes me nervous as there’s several frays around the stitching and I’m concerned it’ll come apart.

Sturdy waist band and holds its shape well. The material is thick and feels nice, but be warned that there isn't much give in the waist band, so check to make sure the sizing is right. This does mean it offers a but if tummy control if it's snug, which I like. The zipper is a little small for my fingers, but it means that it's hidden completely in the fabric once it's on, and it seems sturdy enough. The colors and print are nice, exactly as expected! It hits a little high on my ankles, but I'm fairly tall and I like wearing it high. It's a good length if you're wearing ankle boots with it. I've had no issues with wrinkling at all. It's breezy enough that it could be used Fall-Spring, in my opinion, despite the thick fabric. I'm very happy with the purchase.

This plaid green skirt has an authentic plaid look/feel to it and has lovely subdued colours. Same goes for the plaid blue one. I am slim and just get away with the medium size. Wish they did these two skirts in larger sizes! I also bought the green and the red skirts which have a festive cheque and these are available in larger sizes - the fabric is more like fleece in these skirts, and not so traditional, but I still like them. Great value for money

Size was a little small - requested to change for larger size, company responded immediately and new size shipped. The responses were immediate and positive. I look forward to receiving my skirt. Will definitely look at their site again Haven't heard back or received shipping details. Sounds good but no follow up. Very disappointed. Money wasted

Me gusta el largo, la textura, las bolsas, el precio. El único detalle es las costuras al final del largo, pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Uno me llegó más reducido, pero igual me gustó.
