Mountain Warehouse Kids Waterproof Jacket - Ripstop Outer Rain Coat

This coat is excellent quality. It's lined throughout with velcro cuffs to adjust, zippered pockets, and some gathering on the hood which I love because the hood actually stays on. The fit is pretty slim though. Our daughter is big for her age so I sized up but it's tight on her & the sleeves are miles too long. I'm keeping it because I'm hoping it will fit later after a growing spurt. We bought size 9/10 which is what we normally buy.

My daughter is very tall so she is already wearing size M or 8 so I bought one size up and it is has a little room to grow into. I love that it is longer in the back than a usual jacket and the material looks really nice. The hood is really great and perfect for rain and wind.Keep in mind it is a light jacket.

The jacket was really nice, but ended up returning it as it was too small and a new one wouldn't have made it in time for my daughter's school camping trip. Otherwise I would've just exchanged it. We could hardly get it zipped and I even ordered it what I thought was on the bigger side.

Order a size bigger and was just right he is 8 and I end up getting a 10 and was a bit small wanted to fit loser but didn’t happen

Good hood coverage. Light weight, but not flimsy. It is versatile as it is a solid color and not a loud print. Has nice features like velcro cuffs. Made well for the price. I did order a bigger size than I normally would have per other reviews and then it fit great.

The material is great quality, but the overall sizing runs extremely small. We ordered the 7-8 for our 7 year old daughter that typically wears 6x/7 and she couldn't even get it on it was so tight. Bummed to have to pay return shipping. Again the jacket material was high quality and style was great, just double check measurements to make sure you get the right size.

Son loves the coat, it kept him dry in heavy rain, nice and light weight. Colourful orange zip looks great, better than a boring all blue one. Son is a tall 9 year old, I bought an age 13, it fits great, long enough to cover his bum and enough room in the arms gor a jumper. Would recommend. Sorry photos aren't the best.

Nice jacket but narrow fit bought 7-8 years for a slim 7 year old fits fine apart for width which is snug

Great coat and looks good on! Having read reviews I thought I’d go bigger than what i usually buy for my 4 year old (he’s small for his age and wears 2-3 or 3-4 depending on the item. I bought aged 5-6 and it fits him perfect! The body is quite slim fitting so even for him it’s not huge. Definitely size up!
