fit exactly
I don't ferment but I could not find any other seal to fit a 110mm jar for dry goods, but that is okay now because the best part is that these will make the jars resealable. these are great quality and fit perfectly. The seals I bought from another company for 89mm jars are only a single use seal.

Good product but
Good product but unfortunately these gaskets didn't fit right with my new Anchor Hocking glass "cracker/cookie" jars, the metal lids i have must be about 120 mm, instead of 110 mm.

replacement for plastic canisters
the seals on a few of my plastic canisters (size slightly larger than gallon size lids). i was able to stretch these seals just enough to get them to fit on my canister lids. they're tight and give new life to my old canisters! so glad i bought these!

It works for the big gallon jugs, I must have ordered wrong though. Ineeded them for half gallon pickle jars, have to look again.

A bit thick, but functional
I have standard plastic lids for my fermentation jars, the diameter is perfect. They do run a bit thick and can make it harder to thread the lid. Did a good job with the seal and keeping our unwanted air.
