The media could not be loaded. I was looking for a nice looking bird bath and came upon this one after days of searching and this one is perfect. It’s a bird bath and feeder in one. It’s got an automatic timer (up to 4 hours). Takes 4 D batteries. Update: Birds love it!

It does not work for a long time. Undependable!!

I really like the look and size of this unique rustic country barrel bird feeder / fountain combo, and the birds love it too. Unfortunately, it requires 4 D batteries that didn't come with it, and which I don't normal have around, so had to wait until I got those. Then I only had it outside to test it briefly for a day, hanging it on a cherry tree close to our covered porch where it was easy to see but still far enough that birds weren't scared away, but winter just started and it said not to leave it outside when the water could freeze so I brought it back in and will have to wait until Spring. I suspect you could take the batteries out, drain the water, and just use it as a feeder still through the winter. Not sure. But the feeding area is large, there are 2 perches - one on either side, the fountain works well and it wasn't losing much water, but it probably would evaporate anyways and birds would splash it out, so you would need to check and refill regularly. I especially like the timer to turn on the fountain which you could set for 1, 2, 3, or 4 hour run times, and then it automatically turns on again for the same amount of time every day until you turn off the feature.

The media could not be loaded. I hope the birds like this as much as I do. They can hang out, take a bath and dine all in one place. This feeder/bath is made of hard sturdy plastic. My biggest concern is that it may fade over time after being exposed to the elements. It is easy to set up and the sound of the running fountain adds a little bit of ambiance to my back yard. However, make sure to set it up away from anything you want to keep dry because it does do a little splashing. Overall, I am very pleased with my birdbath feeder.

This product is junk. Do not buy. Takes 4 d cells and pump doesn’t even work. Water tray is nice but feeder lacks any kind of real thought. Expected more for how much it cost.

This is very nice looking and a good size. The inly issue, as other have stated, is the seed area is extremely shallow.We recommend this feeder fountain. It is really great.

Product functions absolutely fine and as it should. The major problem I have with this is how cheap it looks. I put it in the backyard and far away from the patio which helps, but for the price, I expected it to look better than cheap plastic.

This is a gift so I'm not sure if the birds will come or not. The concept is great feed and water! I am very pleased with the quality.The only thing that could make this better would be if it was solar-powered as we live in Texas with no shortage of sun. I love the fact that it has a timer. I cannot speak to how it works but will try and update it after the recipient puts it out in her yard. Planning on using a shepherd's hook and hoping the squirrels don't take it over. Excellent gift for bird lovers or gardeners.
