I feel they do me some good.
easy to swallow. Was recommended by my vet for the dog and it helped him so I tried. I think they do help with the arthritis so I am going to continue. Then stop and then see if there is any difference. Defo worth a try

Turmeric supplement
I have been taking turmeric curcumin supplements for a few years now to help with mild arthritis and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome problems as advised by the doctor. They seem to work well as I don't feel a lot of pain in my knee and hands anymore. And if I stop taking them for a few days, I could feel the pain again. This supplement from Pukka contains a fair amount of turmeric extract. It also has black pepper, boswellia, and ginger included for a more effective formulation.I have been taking this supplement for a few weeks now, and I continue to feel great, unnoticeable pain in my joints, therefore I like to believe this supplement is also working for me..For £23.84, the 60 capsules will last you for 1-2 months depending on your daily intake. They are of a regular-size capsule and easy to swallow.Be warned though as for any type of herbal supplement, it’s best to consult your doctor first before taking them especially since this supplement has a high dosage of curcumin. Curcumin is generally safe to take but might have gastrointestinal side effects for people with gallbladder disease, kidney stones, or people who take blood-thinning or blood-sugar-lowering medications that can cause abdominal cramps, diarrhoea, nausea, etc.In short, a turmeric supplement that seems to work for me.

Good stuff but relatively expensive
Having tried Pukka supplements before (and with some started to buy on a regular basis) I had no worries about the quality of this products ingredients. We have taken turmeric for some time in the family and seen the benefits. I wondered how these would compare. These supplements are more portable than the liquid version we usually take. These have additional ingredients and it interested me what they might add. So I looked at what is said about some of thesePros:- Has Boswellia which is a plant that produces Indian frankincense. It works hand in hand with Turmeric as a powerful, natural anti-inflammatory. It can also act as a pain killer and some studies show it may prevent cartilage wear.- Nettle leaf freeze dried (120mg), many good effects but, see cons- Has Triphala which is a blend of three fruits, namely amla, haritaki and bibhitaki. Triphala is best known for its ability to detoxify, cleanse and support digestion.Cons:- Low dose of turmeric root extract- Nettle leaf many good effects but not during pregnancy- No pepperine ( or black pepper) which tends to be seen an essential ingredient in many articles as helping boost turmeric’s absorption.Overall I have mixed feelings about these. More so than other Pukka supplements I’ve used. There are a lot of beneficial ingredients included and if the main focus wasn’t turmeric I would have less of an issue. However I think I would be more likely to only use these if travelling when it would be difficult to take my usual liquid alternative.Unfortunately I don’t think the price tag in comparison with some other equitable alternatives is well pitched and puts me off further. Shame because I don’t generally feel this about other Pukka supplements.

🌿👍 Mind focus from Pukka 👍🌿
The media could not be loaded. The Pukka brand is a well-known brand, I don’t think it needs to be introduced to anyone. :)I have consumed several types of tea before from Pukka. They are available in larger supermarkets.I’m so glad they’re also selling also dietary supplements because I didn’t know that before. But lately, I’ve been lucky enough to try out more products. They have a wide range of products and offer effective solutions for a variety of problems. The brand design is very eye-catching.It is youthful and different from the average on the market.About this product:The mind focus capsule is an organic preparation.A preparation that contains ingredients made from natural root plants. These are effective on their own, but they can also really help with concentration. The capsules are medium in size. They have no unpleasant taste or smell. It is not a problem to swallow them. The product is good value for money and has a good expiration date.I recommend! Thanks for reading my review, I hope you found it helpful.XO Sue

Great supplements
I love Pukka teas and find their teas and supplements to be high quality. I like these in particular because I've been advised in the past to consume iodine for thyroid function, and these contain a mix of beneficial herbs and plants with iodine being an important ingredient. The packaging is really nice and great that it's cardboard instead of plastic jars. The only downside is that they look like they should stack with other Pukka herb products and they don't - I have a few different varieties and while they sit on top of each other in my cupboard, they're not designed to, so wobble off, it would be nice if the packaging was designed to stack.
