Overcame fear of highway!
Helped with my fear of being on the highway due to always being overwhelmed due to sensory sensitivity. I use to avoid getting on the highway and would decline a job or destination if a highway was required. I took to going and one coming back from practicing being comfortable driving on the highway. Now I drive 50 miles to work and back with occasionally one mint.

Does exactly what it says just not for high anxiety situations
Definitely feel more calm and clear minded. Not highly effective for my anxiety but definitely a good tool to add to the toolbox and does exactly what it says. Again just not for high anxiety situations in my opinion.

Tastes weird but does calm me down
The flavor is a little weird but the calming effects are there. Helps a little with my anxiety.
