This set comes in a nice little carrying case and includes small cleaning brush, a microfiber cloth, and 6 pairs of domes.The carrying case is not really something you would use for domes alone, but could be a ice travel case for your hearing aids. The microfiber cloth is a bit on the stiff side, but I think it will likely soften up with some use. The brush is the same as what every other hearing aid accessory tends to come with, having a magnet on one end and a small cleaning loop on the other.The domes are not quite what I expected based on the photos. I thought they would be semi-open domes because of how they are split in half, but instead this split gets overlapped when the dome is compressed into your ear canal, making these fully closed domes. I am used to using open domes, so things sound quite a bit different to me now. That is to be expected when switching from open to closed domes, so keep this in mind if you are not already using closed domes.They fit very securely in my ears and are quite comfortable, which of course is the most important part. My usual open domes have a tendency to back out of my ears during the day, and these domes cure that problem completely. I'm still getting used to the change in sound, but I am so far quite pleased with these.

These aren't the best tips I've ever had, but they're very good and and nice product to keep, even if it's only for a backup.The reality is, they fit well and work pretty well. I had a little bit of a problem with them. I didn't realize that I am so reliant on the tips themselves holding the wires in place, but these tips don't hold as well as the ones I’m normally used to using and so occasionally the wire would pop out. In the end I had to adjust the wire a bit, which I probably should have done from the beginning anyway, So I'm not sure it's a really big showstopper.Honestly, I really like the case that these came in as well, because I can use them for the tips and later I will be able to use them for something else. It's a really nice case. I also found these tips to be easy to put on and remove. That provide some flexibility when I want to swap them.Once I got everything adjusted, I have to say that these are very comfortable to wear. I wore them all day and never really noticed that I was wearing them until just after lunch when I realized that I had noticed them! From that perspective, they are very useful. The thing I noticed is that they aren't as good as some that I've had for blocking other sound. When I use a closed dome tip, I'd like the Dome to block out as much extra sound as possible. Sometimes, the natural sound and the hearing aid sound sort of conflicts with each other, so I don't like the extra input. These seem to let a little bit more ambient sound in than what I'm used to. I think that in a quiet to moderately loud environment, these would work very well. In a loud restaurant, I found it a little harder to follow the conversation than I normally would.So, these are a solid alternative to other tips, especially for the comfort level ion less noisy environments.
