It helps control my pain. It also helps my 84 year old mother pain. I also like the Village Naturals Pain and farigue body salt soaks. I take a bath and follow with the Pain cream.

One of the bottles had a broken cap and most of it was missing. There was not even any part of it in the bag it come in so it was not caused by shipping.
