Scotch-Brite Non-Scratch Scour Pads, Scouring Pads for Kitchen and Dish Cleaning, 8 Pads

Great for the microwave.

I really don't want to take the chance of scratching stuff and I know this one doesn't. I use it for most dishes, cups, utensils. And even though I don't use non-stick cookware I use it on pots.I do use the green Scotch-Brite (the scratchier one) on the insides of pots sometimes to give them a shine but never on the outside of a mirror-finish pot. The blue one is what I use for mirror-finish anything, as well as plastic stuff like salad-spinner lid and silicone scrapers.Formerly there were curved blue Scotch-Brite pads available and I liked them so you can tell which was blue and which was green in dim light. Actually neither one really holds their color and they both start to look more and more alike after a couple of weeks, so I really did prefer the curved ones. My other complaint is that it seems to me the price of Scotch Brite went up in recent years. If they keep doing that I'm likely to experiment with an off-brand.

These scouring pads last a while for basic cleaning of items that are easily scratched. I haven't used them with any harsh chemicals though. Mainly mild liquid soap or degreaser, or warm/hot water. Affordable for well known name brand product.
