I like how this stays soft and moveable after it has been frozen. It's not stiff or anything. It is very cold at first and sometimes I will put something between the hat and my skin at first. But then it is super comfy. I can lay down with it on. I can cover my eyes with it or slide it up a bit to keep my eyes uncovered. I have had this over a year now and have had no issues at all. I would buy again as a gift for friend or family. It works very well!

I 100% didn’t think this could possibly be colder then ice. But it is! And it provides instant relief.My migraines are weird the blood vessels that run along my temples bulge and pulse in pain the more they bulge and pulse the worse my pain is. It creates nausea seeing glitter, odd feelings in my body that could be compared to a stroke, lack of muscle control, all over weakness, sensitivity to everything even the dark. There is no relief for me with my pain.I found by accident giving myself brain freeze relieved pain for a a while so I cbegan self induced brain freeze and icing my booodvessels on temples.It gets drippy.So I found this also by accident had no hope for it. But wow just wow it’s colder then ice. Idk how. It definitely brings me temporary comfort from my living hell.The only thing I wish is if it could last longer. It definitely doesn’t last long, but a solution I guess could be having a lot. So as soon as one is done rotate the next. So if y’all would like to send me some complementary ones that’s be awesome haha!Jokes aside I will be getting more so that I can have longer relief.

Excellent for my constant migraines. So good in fact that I purchased for 3 of my cousins! They love them too.This item is soft and fits comforting snug on my head. It’s smooth so my long hair does not get pulled and I really appreciate the fact that it covers my eyes. My head feels like an Angel is holding me. It’s very comforting to feel a gentle cool hug on my head. I have already purchased one for me and three for three of my cousins- now I have three more cousins who could love these for a Christmas gift. I won’t be able to see them so with the Amazon delivery, I won’t have to worry about lines at the post office. So I’m thrilled to have a quality made , comfortable and useful headache help but it will be a practical and loving gift for the people I love the most .Update- this one item is so wonderful to wear during one of my monumental head aches I may purchase another one for me so I can have one on ice while I wear the other.

This was unexpectedly cold right outta the box. And I had forgotten to stick it in the fridge or freezer after I got it, so it sat in my counter for 2 days!! Kudos to the mfgr for that, idk how they do it!! I must have a massively large head, cuz I put it on when I got a migraine, and it really almost felt like it was super tight. As I almost always do when I finally get relief, I fell asleep. Unfortunately, I fell asleep with this cap on. Bad idea, right there!! I woke feeling like my head was in a vice. The good news is when I managed to yank it off, it remained intact (though I wasn't very careful), and my head quickly became clear and no longer painful again. I'd say it works, way better than I expected. Note to self: DO NOT fall asleep with this thing on ever again!! But it works pretty well, and when meds didn't today. So I'm happy, and having spent $thousands on medical treatments and taken drugs that have knocked me out, I think I'll take this $20-ish cap! Yes, thank you!!

I bought the more expensive version that pops up first when you search for migraine caps on Amazon. That one started fraying and falling apart after 2 uses. It works fine, but looks a mess. I bought this version and am so happy I did! The SLYWARY version has outlasted. I even bought one for my sister and 2 of my friends. So so worth it.

I have terrible migraines so bad that I end up in the hospital most of the time with them… my husband bought this after seeing an add or something, well I’m glad he did because it makes the world of difference when I’m having a major migraine! And the best part is it’s small and easy to wear it feels so amazing. Not only is it cold (or hot if you want) but it’s got a really good weight to it which helps me too I like the weight on my temples to help with the pounding of the migraine! This product is a game changer I love t and I will buy more to have as a back up!

I have used this twice while having a migraine and it really does provide significant relief.Medicine doesn’t work for me when I have a migraine, it usually takes 2-3 hours to kick in so I don’t know if it ever works or if it just goes away. This however gave me relief in just a few minutes. The cold compression is amazing. I am so grateful to have this.My daughter also bonked her head on something the other night and used it and said it helped with that too.It says to keep it in the freezer, but I think that’s too much. It is naturally very cold so the fridge is more than enough.I have not tried it warm yet, but my main desire was for the coolness.If anyone in your life has migraines or allergy headaches. Get them this.
