I have been continuously disappointed with true wireless earbuds in the past, even from tech giants like Samsung. Part of that disappointment comes with poor or absent customer service, particularly about bargain and knockoff sellers who do not offer any domestic presence or support. I talked to PTRON Customer Support on several occasions with questions and every time received proper replies within an hour.

Please read full review as it will really help you.Sound and bass quality is not so good, looks is also good but this nozzle of ear phone hurts too much it can give you pain in your ear muscles.I will not suggest you...I used it 2 years ago and after 8 months it seems to be stopped working.I will refer you to invest some more money and go for boat,noise,boult,truke or rogue earbuds.They are great with there quality comfortable in ears and best standable products as per price.

I would like to share mixed reviews for this product after 2 months of usage. I got it from Rs. 799/-.Pros :1. Handy stuff, Casing pod is small and durable, Earpods don't make pain or irritate ear muscles, very light Earpods.2. Good Bass quality, sound quality, phone connectivity, range upto 20 ft in no wall/obstrain condition & upto 10 ft in wall (single) condition3. Charging (In plug position) is average, superfast charging not enabled.Cons :1. If you are a webseries lover, then Earpods will last for 3 hours continuous. And no webseries is less than 3 hours, so backup is major drawback you will face.2. It's mentioned that product is Water & Dust resistant, but actually if dust or water somehow stuck in Earpods then you will face problems with Earpods during charging.3. Sometime it sounds pitching like, because whenever it looses charge below 50%, voice clarity becomes dull.Master Suggestion :1. Best for those with light stuff usage, eg. Whole day in office with minimal phonecalls.2. Ideal for those who love listening music in shift gaps for 20-30 mins. a day.3. Not recommended for those who intend to do journey (by bike) for 3+ hours, as it will loose all charge.4. Strictly not recommended for any webseries/ movie lovers who will spend 2+ hours continuously.

I'm writing this review after using it for 10 days.Ok sound quality & base 2.5/5Call clarity 2/5Noise cancellation 2/5Value for money 2.5/5Malfunction at times happens frequently.Overall an below average product buy it only for temporary 1 to 3 months usage. Not recommended for 6 month & more usage.Thanks
