I love it
This is my second attempt on conjak noodles. I hesitated first because the ones I bought in the past has a very fishy smell. I don't know why since nothing is related to fish at all. Conjak is a root of a plant so this is definitely great for Vegans. Skinny pasta has NO ODOR whatsoever and its a great substitute for noodles or pasta. The consistency and looks resemble the Chinese cellophane noodles except a lot healthier. For example, Chinese Cellophane noodles per cup is about 400 calories and packed a whooping 120 grams of carbs!! That is almost 50% of your RDA for carbs. Skinny noodles on the other hand is only 20 calories if you use the entire 200g package and 10g of carbs. No fat and good in fiber. As with anything else, what you add to it can make it less healthy (like tons of tomato sauce, parmesan chese, etc.). My recipe is the minimalist version; I chopped up some bok choy, a couple cloves of garlic, some shiitake mushroom, a little sriracha sauce and salt and pepper. Stir fry it in a little olive oil and I got a great filling meal for about 250 calories. Bottom line, I love it.

SO good for my keto lifestyle!!
These skinny noodles are the perfect addition to my keto/low carb lifestyle! I am so thankful I found some good noodles that do not have any fishy taste or smell to them. I made these into a ramen style dish. Sometimes I add cooked chicken or scramble and egg when I fry the noodles and veggies. I add chicken bouillon, veggies, and other seasonings to these noodles and I’m always very pleased with how they turn out.I also feel that the price is great to receive 6 bags, which is 12 servings. And they are only 10 calories per serving!! One serving (half a bag) is the perfect size for me when I add in some veggies and chicken.Buy these!! Fry them up and add your favorite seasonings and you will not be disappointed!!

Hardcore Diabetic Skeptic Approved
So here’s my story. I was diagnosed with Type 2 diabetes 12 yrs ago. As a restauranteur (40 yrs recently retired) it was a challenge to stay on point taking care of myself, food being my Achilles heel. Over time I tried everything I came across to mimic or recapture tastes and textures I love that I really can’t have without a price. I have tried so many things to recapture the taste/feel etc of my beloved noodles. Pasta, Cellophane, Ramen … you get the idea. I’ve spent hundreds of $ buying every product, trying every recipe I could find with unfortunately miserable results. There seemed to be nothing that wasn’t a disappointment. They smelt bad, were mushy or had an unpleasant aftertaste. Then the cravings would take over so I’d rationalize, have a meal or 2 or more and the BG police would show up. (Diabetics will get that.)After hours on Amazon searching, checking stars and reading reviews, buying products, and filling my garbage bags I stumbled upon Konjac noodles. The ratings were in the usual zone of most like them but… like - Not for me, no taste, packaging problems, to expensive… But their were the others and the pictures that resembled almost a ramen cellophane noodle and here I go again $.I returned from the gym starving and the box was sitting by the door. I grabbed it read everything and realized all I really had was a little bit of a lot of stuff. I had a can of low salt stewed tomatoes, 2 older green onions, a handful of spinach, and about 6 mushrooms , and couple of day old chunks of a steak dinner. Into the sauté pan with you all. A bit of butter, olive oil, garlic, seasonings and spices with the last teaspoon of a tube of tomato paste squeezed out with a wood spoon handle. Rinse the noodles 3 times in warm water, shake the water out, toss in another pan with a tad of evvo to temp and combine. Taste buds drum roll, thinking how I’m gonna eat the sauce from around the noodles when I don’t like them and BAM!Did I just like them? Wait, what, again, and again and again. Their not mushy, they don’t smell, their kind of wait, their al dente. Holy smokes did I just find something I’ve been looking for for 12 years? A darn sure did and I enjoyed the heck out of them. Are they a perfect substitute. Nope, they don’t really have any particular flavor. But that’s ok. They also don’t absorb the liquid around them but maybe if I sauté them a bit more or ensure my sauces are thicker, who cares. I really like them. And then the options start rolling through my mind. Ramen soup, stir fry, pad woon zen, scampi…The price isn’t low, but I’ll deal with that. Just look at that nutritional information, my diabetes monster can just shut the hell up. I’ve found something I really enjoyed and that’s enough for me.If you try them I hope they work out as well for you as they did for me. - Cheers!Oh and I just found a recipe for Crazy Keto Dough, wish me luck!

No smell is a plus.
This is my first time trying skinny pasta brand. I've had the miracle noodle brand or the Shirakawa noodles from the Asian store and boy did they stink.I was very surprised that these didn't smell at all. Texture and taste just like the shirataki noodles. I made veggie stir fry and added chicken strips. My hubby liked it until he read that they are a product from China. It doesn't bother me as I've always bought these types of noodles and knew their origin. The individual serving contains a good amount enough for 3 people.

Great alternative
So I think most people go into this knowing that theses are an alternative noodle. If you want pasta, only pasta tastes like pasta and has the consistency of pasta, so don't kid yourself. As an alternative, these are very good. Tasteless and already wet, you have to dress it accordingly. I used them recently with a curry dish and they were perfect. Heats in moments, and absorbed the curry well. They seem they would be great in Oriental dishes like Chow mein or a soup. I will try that next. But so much better than cauliflower noodles which are much higher carb. These are at least a 4+/5 imho. Diabetic friendly.

Buen producto
