I bought these hoping I could give my body a bit of a break from things like Tylenol PM to help me sleep and so far I’m fairly pleased.The bottles are small enough that I’m able to place them just about anywhere, from my carry-on to my purse, which is definitely nice because i travel a lot between work and visiting with family and friends friends, they help me drift off to sleep if I take them an hour or two before bed, without any residual grogginess the next day and they’re definitely easy to chew (or swallow quickly with a small glass of water if you prefer), but man the smell and taste are definitely lacking.Upon opening the bottle my nose was assaulted with the most unpleasant scent that I can only describe as being a little too “all natural” in its components and the aftertaste of the pills once chewed was a little funky, despite the first bit of sweetness added to try and mask it.Still, it wasn’t so off putting that I’d shy away from purchasing this particular brand of melatonin again.4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Depending on the amount of melatonin that you need to sleep, this might be a solid buy for you, given the quantity. For me it’s definitely been working slightly better than most brands I’ve encountered.

I've been taking 20mg melatonin gummies for years with no problem. I decided to try this and see if I could get a better night sleep. NOPE!! It took over an hour to get to sleep, then 3 hours later I was wide awake and completely wired. I could not get back to sleep. Worst part is that I can't return this.

Not much you can say about Melatonin other than it works. I knocked off a star because the natural blueberry flavor is not so natural and it tastes kind of yucky. I'll continue to use it though because the Melatonin works.

Save your money, Am been taking this for 4 days . With out any success. Not been able to sleep at allNot working!!!

It’s nice that they are a higher dosage of melatonin, but they taste terrible when you’re waiting for them to dissolve
