Grow and Make DIY Italian Cheese Making Kit - Learn how to make home made mozzarella and ricotta cheese!

My family had so much fun making cheese and this had easy to follow instructions and everything needed.

I bought this kit instead of buying the items individually. The instructions are clear and concise, and I had no problems at all with making my first ever batch of mozzarella cheese. I've seen some other reviews that said the process did not work for them, but I had zero issues.

Nice packaging, good ingredients (for 2 batches of mozzarella), and I really like the thermometer. Our first batch was a bust; we ended up with something like cottage cheese. I didn't find the instructions particularly insightful. We supplemented the supplied instructions by watching YouTube videos on making mozzarella, and I also found other instruction sets that included pictures. Armed with more information, we used the last of the citric acid on a 2nd batch. Success. It's actually fun to make; it reminds me a bit of a science project. We'll be making more as soon as we get some additional citric acid. Each batch requires one gallon of milk. I've included a photo of our successful batch. Cheese On!

This was fun and something that had to old people dig for a date night. It was a little confusing and a lot to mind while making it but we had a blast doing it and then had a nice bottle of wine with the cheese. By the way we're going to try a different flavor next time but for a great date night thing to do

I purchased this as a Christmas Gift for a foodie friend who is hard to buy for. It was the perfect solution. I had it shipped to my home first so I could ensure it was nicely wrapped for the occasion. However the Grow & Make wrapping was artisan enough to send the gift as is. I'll remember for future purchases. I'll update my friend's experience once she has had time to receive and use.
