Use beta carotene as recommended by my doctor and this dose because evidently the lower dose is good. I use it with Lutein from the same brand. Quality brand and very affordable

Great for vision improvement
I first purchased this because I heard it will help with my muscle aches from a doctor. Later I found out that it didn't help with my muscle ache but my eye sight became more clear. I was debating at first whether I should buy this after I read on some reviews that it gave people a tan or an orange glow. I personally didn't want that orange glow but that never happened, so I'm happy. I'm currently on my 2nd bottle and my bf and my best friend are both taking it. Highly recommend. The pill is super tiny... that's always a PLUS
