Disappointed possibly old boots sat too long in warehouse
Bought these (along with a 2nd pair of the same just different color) back in January 2019 started wearing them March and this is what they look like now! I have worn these for many years and I know they last me 7-8 months never have I had this happen! Wondering how long they had sat in a warehouse before I bought them. I will no longer buy from this and will go back to shopping at my local show store.

Boot Began to Break on First Wear
My husband is an union carpenter and was in need of a new pair of work boots. He liked the look of the Irish Setters but we didn't like to price- so we went with the Wolverine look-a-like. Boy, did we go wrong. The first pair we ordered a size 12 which is his normal boot size but they were way too big. We then ordered a second pair a whole size down. This pair fit but began breaking the first day he wore them. Yes, he does have laborious job and works on a roof at times but they're supposed to be the "Ultimate American Work Boots".I will not be ordering Wolverine boots again. This was unacceptable. The $30-$50 more that you would spend on Red Wings will be well worth it. (Or take your chance....maybe we somehow got a defective pair).UPDATE: we kept the boots and a month and a half later the whole sole cracked. I also received no feed back for my first complaint. Really want my money back.

Worst boots ever!
I have been hesitant about writing a review on these because I didn’t want to bash them. But my feet haven’t been normal since I wore these last summer for a brief period of time. I’m pretty sure they are fake possibly a super fake Chinese knock off. Everything was bad. No cushion in the sole, no side support. Fit weird (kept catching my P.O. my toe nail on the steel toe) I wore them anyways but I couldn’t stand them. And I felt like I couldn’t send them back so I wore them. Everyone is different so maybe you’ll like them if you buy them.

Bought in 2014 still wearing in 2018
Bought these in June 2014, they are still holding up! I've replaced the insoles and laces once but the boots are holding up great! I've worn these boots 40 hours a week since 2014. For a year I'd average 15 miles of running and walking a day. They have paid for themselves many times over. They are just barely getting to the point where I'd replace them. These boots are made for people with flat feet, but good arch supports and they are better than my 250 dollar redwings.

Durable but not very comfortable after break in, they feel very heavy.
I bought these boots to work in a warehouse job. I went and bought some comfortable insoles and honestly they were pretty comfortable. After about 2 weeks they were broken in but I felt pinching around the toe box area. The comfort level went down very much after about the 6 hour mark at work and they just felt very heavy at the end of the day. They now get use as yard work boots because I am only in them for about 3 hours, and that is about all I can take. Wanted to like them more but just can't.

Not happy with quality.
This is the second pair I've ordered for my son. On the first pair, the sole split 2 months after purchase. He's had the 2nd pair just over 3 months, and the sole split. I thought it was a trusted brand, but the soles don't hold up.

Decent boot. Awesome non slip sole!
I ain't gonna lie. These boots aren't the greatest quality but having said that they are decent boots. They have the best non slip sole on any boot I have ever worn and easily accept any insole you choose to put in. I have gone through several pairs of these. For a klutz like me they are the best boot I can find.

Being a Plumber for over 18 years and going through numerous manufactures and styles of boots my feet were not happy. Then I came across an attractive boot with top toe stitching, which I had no idea it was called "moc-toe", so I did my research and found all the information I need to get my first pair. My first pair were a light brown, second was the copper and now my new are these black and white/cream soul. Now, I am a regular Wolverine boot man. No other boot matters. I love the style and the comfort. My feet are happy. Price is justified for not going out and buying them, so no complaints about the price. Thank you to all who helped with processing my order and having it delivered to my front door. Amazing!!

My everyday boots
I use them everyday at work and they're mistreated. They've held up so far and are getting more comfortable as I wear them. I'd only suggest getting insoles for them as they get stiff inside, and also making sure you treat them more often than not with nikwax or mink oil, for waterproofing purposes.
